iCat Scan Pro – Press Release….

Dear All,

We would like to inform you that there is a known issue with the app (iCat Scan Pro) related to the new iOS 4.2.1 released yesterday by Apple.
The app will crash if a user tries to add a protocol for the first time. Also the app will crash after editing a user’s protocol.
Although we try our best to release products of high standards sometimes it is difficult to foresee all the parameters of an update.
Our team worked very hard in the last few hours to fix the problem and today we submitted an updated version of the app (v2.1) to Apple Inc. for approval that fixes the problem and also addresses some other minor issues.
The approval process usually takes 5 to 7 days. In the mean time please try not to add any protocols or edit them while using the app. Unfortunately all user data will be lost after the update, so please BACKUP your protocols before updating!
Once approved you can update your app as you would normally do through iTunes.
Of course this update (like ALL updates) is FREE.
Again we are very sorry for the inconvenience.

The iCat Team
